Win Reed, Buyer Specialist
I'm one of the "Woolwich Reeds" whose heritage is deeply entwined with the area. I have followed in the footsteps of my father and grandfather by attending the one room school in Day's Ferry and finishing my education in Bath by graduating from Morse High School in 1960. My ancestry includes Captain Samuel Reed and the Reverend Josiah Winship from whom my name is derived. Having grown up in and with my love for the area, I can tell you about the way life has been and the way life is in this part of Maine's mid-coast. I look forward to guiding you, buyers and sellers alike, on your journey to reach your goals.
I'm a licensed Maine Real Estate Associate Broker and a member of the Merrymeeting Board of Realtors. I graduated from Bath's Morse High School and Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Ma. I had a successful 42-year career in engineering, which includes United States as well as foreign patents. I have an excellent working knowledge of homebuilding, renovation, maintenance and repair. I used this knowledge to assist in the design and construction of my present home. I will use this varied background and attention to detail to assist you with your specific needs.
I have been involved in listing and selling of land, residential and commercial properties. I have worked successfully with a buyer with special needs to assist him in finding and designing an interior of a condominium that has improved his quality of life.
If you want to move "HOME" I can assist you with that as I have made that transition recently.
My wife’s name is Marty and we live in Woolwich.
