Valerie received her New Hampshire Real Estate license in 2003.

After receiving her NH Real Estate license, she continued her education, taking the Code of Ethics class to join Realtors® in order to affiliate with those who also hold a high regard for ethical conduct in real estate transactions. To better assist Buyers, she earned the Certified Buyers Representative™ (CBR®) designation in 2003 and Associated Buyers Representative (ABR) accreditation in 2004. 

In 2005-2006, earning the position as a top producer, Valerie served on the Agent Council Leadership within Keller Williams Realty in Nashua, NH. Valerie expanded her wealth of knowledge and went on to host and present “The Millionaire Real Estate Investor” Seminars. She participated in this interesting and fun challenge to better serve her first time investors as well as to grow personally while investing in "flip" properties. 

Valerie moved to Maine in 2007, after her marriage to Kevin Sullivan, and held Real Estate licenses in both states. Although Allen & Selig Realty has offices in N. Yarmouth & Bath, Valerie currently works from the Winslow area. She and her husband own investment properties in Winslow and Clinton, giving her knowledge and experience in renting/owning multi-family units and landlord/tenant relationships.
