With 35 yrs of construction experience, 25 yrs of rehab experience of my own properties & 8 yrs of real estate sales I bring a unique prospective to the market. I have personally bought, renovated & sold more property than most people will ever own in a lifetime. Doesn’t it make more sense to deal with an agent that knows about building construction, plumbing, and heating than one that just knows how to fill out the paperwork? When you want to buy land I’ll actually go walk it (or snowshoe it) & tell you what my yrs of experience is telling me not sit the in the car while you look around. I can also help you estimate the cost of construction, develop a building plan & introduce you to trades people you can trust. Heck I’ll even supervise the construction so you can go to work & not worry.
Having run businesses over the years I know York County very well & have some experience in the greater Portland & the Sunday River Bethel area.
In my spare time I like to volunteer with my Rotary Club on various projects in our community. I’m also the York County Toys For Tots coordinator for our club. For recreation I enjoy down hill skiing, golf, tennis, motorcycle cruising now that my family is grown & on their own.
