Janice has been a licensed Realtor for over 14 years in Maine and in Nova Scotia Canada. On her Team she specializes in training and developing agents as well as working as a Listing Specialist. She has a positive attitude, energetic personality and a huge commitment to customer service excellence. Janice has worked towards certification as a Regional and National real estate trainer, where she has shared her talents and experiences in the real estate classroom. She continues to offer free training and education opportunities to local Real Estate professionals at her North Yarmouth & Bath offices. Her commitment to the excellence of Real Estate is evident in her dedication to the profession.
Janice's past accomplishments and accolades include: Rookie of the Year, 66 local listing and sales awards in Nova Scotia, over 40 National sales awards, 5 Ultimate Customer Service Excellence awards, numerous Multi-million dollar awards for sales volume, Top Listing & Selling awards in the Floyd Wickman "Sweathogs" program and was the #7 overall Agent in Atlantic Canada in 2001.
On a more personal note, she lives in North Yarmouth with her son Kyle. Her daughter Shannon is a vocal performance major at Berklee College of Music in Boston. They enjoy watching hockey, taking trips together and watching movies at home. Her hobbies include softball, singing, golf, tennis and anything that her children are involved in. Janice volunteers her time as the President of the North Yarmouth Business Association, as a worker for Habitat for Humanity, as a Gatekeeper for Teen Suicide prevention and on various town committees as the need arises. She is the past President of Greely hockey, past member of the Greely drama boosters and was active with the Casco Bay hockey program. She prides herself in lending a hand where ever it is needed and always putting people first!
