Eleanor Carolan, Broker
Born in NYC and raised in Northern New Jersey, I have lived in the Greater Portland area since the mid-sixties and specifically North Yarmouth since 1970. I am on the Comprehensive Planning Committee and the Board of Assessment Review for the Town. An enthusiastic Rotarian, I am a Past President of the Freeport Rotary Club and a Paul Harris Fellow.
My husband and I have raised 4 children, now adults, and have one grandson, Maxx. We feel very fortunate that our children all live locally and spending time with family is my greatest joy.
An active, full-time Real Estate broker for 31 years, I hold the GRI, CRS, and ABR designations. As a member of the Portland Board of Realtors, Maine Association of Realtors, and NAR, I have served over the years in many capacities and was the PBR "Realtor of the Year" in 1990. Presently, I am on the Professional Standards Committee.
A consistent multi-million dollar producer for over 30 years, I have specialized training in Relocation and REO properties, Buyer Brokerage, and Investment Properties. I have the experience and commitment to "Do the Job" and look forward to serving your real estate needs.
