As a Realtor for over 25 years, it has been my privilege and joy to assist many home buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.
My approach is to work collaboratively with clients by first listening carefully to their goals and desires and then personalize a plan to meet their criteria. My extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market enables me to provide sound advice and guidance to clients throughout the buying or selling process. Open and on-going communication is most important, as well as attention to detail, flexibility, problem-solving and negotiation skills. My commitment is to work closely with clients to make each real estate transaction a smooth and successful experience.
Originally from Massachusetts, I have lived in Yarmouth for over 30 years, and I have vacationed in the mid coast area all of my life.
I am a member of the Portland Board of Realtors, the Maine Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce. In addition, I have earned the designation of Senior Real Estate Specialist.
