Bonnie Jalbert, Buyer Specialist

 Bonnie brings a wide range of experience to her role as a buyer specialist for Allen & Selig. After earning a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Maine, Bonnie moved to Kittery where she renovated her first investment property. She is now a longtime resident of North Yarmouth and is committed to the community. After spending 18 years as a customer service specialist for LL Bean, and focusing on her children, Bonnie has turned her attention, fulltime, to real estate. She has been developing investment properties and managing building renovations for more than 25 years. It is this experience that brings a unique perspective to the local real estate market. Her most recent project is the development of Chanticleer Farm LLC, here in North Yarmouth. This 19^th century farm has been transformed into a 3-unit apartment building for executives -- this project would make “This Old House” proud.

Born and raised in Fort Kent, Bonnie is the youngest of the Jalbert children. The Jalbert’s, well known as an “Allagash Family”, continue to run the Willard Jalbert Sporting Camps on Round Pond in the Allagash Wilderness Waterway. Bonnie and her family keep the sprit of her late father Willard alive by sponsoring the CAN/AM 60 Willard Jalbert Dogsled Race. Bonnie continues the Jalbert tradition by spending time with her three children on the Allagash, enjoying its tranquility while poling and paddling the river.

Bonnie is a member of the Portland Board of Realtors, the Maine Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
